1. I wish we had some regular on-going "events" for PvP 101 training. Like get together to discuss, demo, duel, practice, get used to, teach, learn, etc.

2. I don't totally understand how rifts work. If one is designated as Asmo, does that mean we can use it to go to them? Do you come back the same way? Are any TOSHers going there already?

3. I am really tired of getting steam-rollered by either a couple of Elyos that are 8-9 levels above me (yes, I look them up) or full groups rolling thru like tornados. Once even it was eight of them picking off every solo they could find. All the time! I want revenge!! And I don't mean the high road kind of revenge. Can we start grouping up to demonstrate to them how it feels?

Sounds good to me, as a total pvp newb. Not sure how the rifts work. But if they are on a timer, maybe we could set up some raid times. Try to get anyone available together for an Elyoes panty raid. Would love to see them running from a cloud of black wings.

Revenge!

There's typically 3 "types" of areas you can level/play in.

1- No pvp areas. These are the Asmo areas where NO Elyos can come to, by any means. (and visa-versa) These are zones where you can always level pvp-free.

Areas are Ishalgen (starter zone), Altgard, Brusthonin. Pandaemonium.

2- Rift pvp areas. These are areas that rifts both "open" in, or can be rifted to by the Elyos. When a rift opens, you can go through, and end up in Elyos areas where you can freely attack the enemy. They can also come through rifts and attack us. These are more or less 90% PvE, with a few attacks.

These areas include Morheim and Beluslan.

3- Abyss. All PvP, any time.

I hope this clears it up.

As far as PvP, I'm sure you could get people to group and join you in the Abyss or going through Rifts. The best way to get good at PvP is to do it... a lot, hehe.

We can think about having a weekly PvP night or something, and do some dueling, ganking, etc.. Once we're leveled up, that's about all we'll be doing really.
